The term "Relevance Realization" was coined by John Vervaeke, a Canadian Professor of Psychology at the University of Toronto, in his paper "Relevance Realization and the Emerging Framework in Cognitive Science."

Justin Richardson has 20 years of experience developing and delivering growth and innovation strategies for companies in the media, technology, and telecommunications sectors. He also spent two years teaching and coaching over 60 business owners to create growth plans at UAL's Fashion Business School in London.
